The International Union for Muslim Scholars, in a statement, condemned the attack on a drug rehabilitation hospital in Kabul, calling it a grave crime and a clear violation of both humanitarian and Islamic laws.
The organization called on the Pakistani military regime and its leadership to immediately halt attacks on Afghanistan, stressing their obligations under Islamic principles. It also urged the establishment of an impartial investigative committee to determine the full circumstances of the incident.
Additionally, the organization called on both sides to cease hostilities and resolve existing issues through mediated dialogue.
The statement follows an attack carried out by the Pakistani regime the previous night on a drug rehabilitation hospital in Kabul, which resulted in more than 650 patients being martyred and injured.
