Middle East Eye, citing its sources, has reported that Iran has started receiving “Battery” surface-to-air defense missile systems from China, following its ceasefire agreement with the Zionist regime of Israel.

The outlet also quoted an Arab official familiar with intelligence reports as saying that the United States’ Arab allies are aware of Iran’s actions, and the White House has been informed of these developments.

According to the sources, Iran is rebuilding its air defense infrastructure that was destroyed by Israel and is obtaining these missile systems from China in exchange for oil.

China remains the largest importer of Iranian oil, and according to the U.S. Energy Information Authority, nearly 90 percent of Iran’s crude oil exports are sent to China.
