    Iran’s Deputy Intelligence Minister “Akbar Ghaffari” Killed

    Iranian state media have reported that the country’s Deputy Minister of Intelligence, Akbar Ghaffari, has been killed.

    According to the reports, Ghaffari was considered an important and influential figure within Iran’s intelligence and security structure and played a significant role in the country’s internal security affairs.

    Sources say he was among the senior officials at the level of the Ministry of Intelligence and was involved in major decisions and operations within Iran’s security and intelligence apparatus.

    Iranian state media have confirmed the news of his killing; however, more details about the circumstances and location of the incident have not yet been released.
