Iran’s newly appointed Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, warned in his first speech after his appointment that the ongoing attacks on Gulf countries will continue.

Mojtaba Khamenei also strongly urged the countries of the region to close U.S. military bases located on their soil.

He expressed gratitude for Iran’s support from the Houthis, Hezbollah, and Iraqi groups during the ongoing war.

He advised the Iranian people to remain patient and steadfast, stating that he has lost his wife, his sister, her child (his nephew), and his sister’s husband (brother-in-law) in the conflict.
