Iran’s First Vice President, Mohammad Reza Aref, stated that a comprehensive plan to expand cooperation between Kabul and Tehran is expected to be finalized within the next month.
Aref made these remarks during a meeting focused on Afghanistan, emphasizing that relations between Tehran and Kabul are currently stronger than ever.
He noted that the exchanged messages between both sides indicate the Afghan government also has a serious intention to strengthen cooperation with Tehran.
These comments come amid an increase in economic, academic, and political delegations exchanged between Kabul and Tehran in recent weeks.
