The esteemed leadership of the Islamic Emirate has appointed Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, the former political deputy of the Prime Minister, as the acting Minister of Refugees and Repatriation.
This announcement was made by the spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid, following a decree from the respected leadership.
