    Nine-Member Delegation from Balkh Travels to Uzbekistan on Governor’s Directive

    A nine-member delegation, led by the head of the Balkh Ulema Council, has traveled to Uzbekistan under the special directive of the Balkh governor and has met with Uzbek officials.

    According to a statement from the Balkh governor’s media office, the meeting focused on issues such as establishing a joint market, granting permits for transit vehicles, allowing emergency patients to be taken to the joint market hospital using identification documents, and facilitating visa issuance.

    The statement further noted that both sides reached agreements on several related matters during the discussions.
