    Norwegian Chargé d’Affaires Meets Afghan Foreign Minister to Discuss Political and Economic Ties

    Acting Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi met with Norway’s Chargé d’Affaires, Peer Albert Ilsaas, in Kabul to discuss political and economic relations between the two countries, as well as humanitarian issues, according to Deputy Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hafiz Zia Ahmad Takal.

    During the meeting, Muttaqi emphasized the importance of constructive engagement and mutual respect in international relations. He urged regional and global partners to collaborate with Afghanistan in economic growth and development initiatives.

    In response, the Norwegian diplomat reaffirmed his country’s commitment to maintaining engagement with Afghanistan and continuing its activities in the country.
