    NSIA: Nearly 35,000 Afghan Nationals Abroad Issued Paper ID Cards in 1403 Solar Hijri Year

    The National Statistics and Information Authority (NSIA) has announced that in the past 1403 solar Hijri year, it provided non-attendance services for paper identification cards to 34,592 Afghan nationals living abroad.

    According to the statement, these services included issuing 8,365 new ID cards and 6,755 duplicate ID cards through non-attendance processing.

    Additionally, the NSIA reported that in 1403, it provided in-person services to 110,547 citizens in Kabul for corrections to paper identification cards.
