Reports say that today, the Chief Minister of Balochistan, Sarfraz Bugti, in a meeting decided to impose strict restrictions on markets due to the deteriorating security situation in the province.
According to the announced decisions, starting Monday, markets in Quetta and other cities will be forcibly closed at 8:00 PM, and no one will be allowed to operate beyond that time.
At the same time, local authorities of the Pakistani regime have stated that wedding halls and hotels will also not be allowed to operate after 10:00 PM.
In addition to the city shutdowns, offices under the Ministry of Finance have also been ordered to close, and employees will carry out their work from home.
Officials say these restrictions are being implemented due to increasing security threats and an unstable situation, and legal action will be taken against violators.
The Chief Minister of Balochistan warned that the situation is serious and that the government has been compelled to take strict measures to maintain order.
