    The Pakistani Taliban (TTP) issued a statement claiming responsibility for a recent attack on Pakistani security forces, which occurred around 10 p.m. local time in the Saidgee Chiraiee area of Jani Khail district, Bannu Province.

    The TTP stated that their fighters used various weapons, including laser-guided rifles and rocket launchers, during the attack, which resulted in the killing of five Pakistani soldiers and injuries to three others.
