In a recent press conference, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan firmly rejected U.S. President Donald Trump’s proposal to displace Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.

Erdogan emphasized, “No one has the authority to expel the people of Gaza from their permanent homeland, as they have lived there for thousands of years.” He also reaffirmed that Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem are integral parts of Palestinian territory.

This statement aligns with the stance of several countries, including the interim Afghan government, which has previously condemned Trump’s remarks on the matter.
