According to international media reports, Russia has presented a list of demands to Washington regarding the conclusion of the war and the restoration of its relations with the United States.

The reports state that it is unclear whether Moscow genuinely seeks peace with Ukraine or if it has included certain conditions for other purposes.

Sources indicate that over the past three weeks, the U.S. and Russia have held both direct and online discussions concerning these conditions.

It was further noted that Moscow has reiterated demands it had previously shared with the U.S., Ukraine, and NATO. Among these demands, Russia insists that Kyiv should not join NATO, no foreign troops should be stationed in Ukraine, and in addition to Crimea, four other regions where Russian is widely spoken should be handed over to Russia.

Meanwhile, the U.S. is awaiting Russia’s response to Ukraine’s proposal for a 30-day ceasefire agreement.
