The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has accused countries supporting Ukraine militarily of being complicit in the killing of civilians and supporting terrorism.
Maria Zakharova, the ministry’s spokesperson, stated on Friday: “The countries that provide weapons to Ukraine are involved in the killing of civilians and are supporters of terrorism.”
Her remarks come after Ukraine reportedly targeted and destroyed a residential building in Russia’s Kherson region.
Earlier, Kherson Governor Vladimir Saldo had said that a five-story building had collapsed as a result of the attack, causing numerous casualties.
