Iranian media, citing Mehdi Bagheri, head of Qom Province’s Emergency Incidents Department, reported that seven people were injured following an explosion inside a residential building in the Ba’athat Boulvar area of Qom city.
Bagheri said four of the injured were taken to hospital, while the other three suffered minor wounds and received treatment at the scene.
The cause of the explosion remains unclear, though authorities have confirmed that an investigation is in progress.
Notably, the number of suspicious explosions across Iran has risen sharply following the recent conflict with the Zionist regime of Israel.
