The Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Center for Strategic Studies held an academic session titled “Regional Consequences and Impacts of the Iran-Israel Conflict,” focusing on Israel’s recent strike against Iran and Iran’s retaliatory response.

According to the ministry, Deputy Minister of Economy Dr. Abdul Latif Nazari delivered the keynote address at the session.

The discussions covered the Islamic Emirate’s principled stance, the broader regional implications of the conflict, particularly for Afghanistan and explored possible future scenarios and discussed consequences. The session particularly emphasized on assessing the economic ramifications of the ongoing conflict.

The ministry also noted that a similar session had previously been organized by the same center during the India-Pakistan conflict.
