The Spokesperson for the Ministry of Urban Development, Kamal Afghan, stated that earlier today, before noon, a suicide attacker attempting to enter the Ministry was neutralized by security forces before reaching his target.
According to Mr. Afghan, the attack resulted in one martyr and three injured individuals, with the suicide attacker also being killed.
