    Temporary Camp Under Construction for Around 41,000 Refugees in Herat

    The Herat provincial media office has reported that work is rapidly progressing on the construction of a temporary refugee camp at the zero point in Islam Qala for approximately 41,000 returnees. The camp will be operational soon.

    According to the office, temporary accommodation has already been arranged for 26,000 Afghan returnees from Iran at the Islam Qala.

    Officials added that facilities for the remaining refugees will soon be completed within the same temporary camp.
