The last few years have been the worst in the history of the Pakistani regime. More than ever, the time for the end of this fabricated project by English colonialism is approaching. Recently, it has entered a state of isolation on domestic, regional and even global levels and the country is being recognized as a beggar.
Pakistan is facing internal political instability, a dire economic situation, continuous military failures and a state of chaos; due to severe attacks by groups including the Pakistani Taliban, Baloch separatists and others, the Pakistani regime has suffered military defeats. To cover up these defeats and shift the blame onto others, they bombard the helpless people of Waziristan along the Durand Line, in order to divert their people’s attention and hide their failures.
In recent months, the Pakistani army and intelligence agencies have been continuously conducting attacks in North and South Waziristan on targets that are all civilians. However, their affiliated propaganda outlets and media portray these as attacks on Pakistani government’s armed opponents.
Continuing this trend, last night, in violation of all international norms, they attacked ordinary civilians and martyred innocent Waziristanis, in order to shift the influence of Pakistani media and propaganda outlets and mislead public opinion.
In these brutal bombings, around a hundred people, including children, women and other innocent civilians, have been martyred. However, the Pakistani intelligence agency is trying to cover up these attacks and show both the people and the international community that they targeted armed groups opposed to Pakistan, while the reality is quite different.
The Pakistani regime learns no lessons from its past atrocities; those atrocities that the regime committed in the past immediately led to the emergence of groups like the Pakistani Taliban, Baloch separatists and others, which continue to challenge Pakistan’s security.
Attacks on the people of Waziristan will not yield any positive outcome for this regime; rather, it will further provoke the regime and increase opposition against it. The army’s current misguided decisions will plunge the country deeper into a quagmire of crises and expose it to the risk of collapse.
