The Deputy Prime Minister’s Office for Economic Affairs reported that, under the oversight of the National Development Company, construction of Baghlan’s third Ghori Cement Factory has reached 10 percent completion.
According to officials, once completed, the factory will have a daily production capacity of 5,500 tons of cement.
The total cost of the factory is estimated at nearly $87 million, with construction scheduled to be completed within two years.
