The U.S. President Donald Trump has claimed that a new ceasefire agreement for the Gaza Strip is close and may be finalized next week.
Trump stated that the people of Gaza are facing severe conditions and losing their lives, yet no one is helping them.
He added that the U.S. is currently trying to deliver assistance to them.
Trump did not provide details about the terms of the agreement; however, the Hamas movement has previously insisted on its conditions and has not yet responded to Trump’s latest claim.
