International media have reported that the U.S. Department of Defense has dismissed General Jeffrey Kruse, the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency.
It is said that he presented an intelligence report in which President Donald Trump’s claims about the destruction of Iran’s nuclear facilities were refuted.
Trump had claimed that the nuclear facilities were completely destroyed following aerial strikes on Iran.
It is also worth noting that the U.S. Secretary of Defense has recently removed two senior officials of the U.S. Navy from their positions.
