    527 Afghan Migrants Released From Pakistani Prisons And Returned Home

    The Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation stated that 527 Afghan migrants were released this week from Pakistani military regime’s prisons and have returned to Afghanistan.

    According to the ministry, 487 of these individuals returned through the Torkham crossing, while 40 others entered via the Spin Boldak crossing in Kandahar.

    Officials said the individuals were held in Pakistani prisons for lacking legal documentation.

    The ministry further stated that, following the provision of humanitarian assistance, the returnees were transferred to their respective home areas.
