Seventy-eight young soldiers from the 221 Shaheed Aftab (RA) Division and its affiliated brigades, under the Ministry of National Defense, graduated from a one-and-a-half-month professional “Night Vision” course.
The Press Office of the 221 Shaheed Aftab (RA) Division told Voice of Hindukush that the graduation ceremony was attended by the Deputy Commander of the division, Mawlawi Abdullah Saad, the Division’s Chief of Staff Mawlawi Sanaullah Sangeen, battalion commanders, and a number of military personnel.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Saad said that enduring hardships and difficulties in the path of jihad is what brings success to a mujahid.
He added: “The current Islamic system must be preserved through literacy, computer skills, and modern education.”
It is worth noting that during this one-and-a-half-month course, the newly graduated soldiers were taught nine different types of night vision devices, both theoretically and practically.
