The High Commission for Addressing Refugee Problems stated that 955 refugee families returned to the country from neighboring countries yesterday, with a total of 5,102 individuals.
The source added that these refugees returned through the Torkham, Spin Boldak, Bahramcha, Pul-e-Abresham, and Islam Qala crossings.
According to the information, 1,022 families were transferred to their respective areas yesterday, 1,013 families received assistance, and 646 free SIM cards were also distributed among the returning refugees.
It is worth mentioning that in recent times, the deportation process of Afghan refugees from neighboring countries, particularly from Pakistan, has accelerated.
