In a press release, Da Afghanistan Bank announced that it closely monitors the country’s financial markets and takes necessary measures to ensure the stability of prices and exchange rates.
Da Afghanistan Bank also assured that it has sufficient resources at its disposal to meet the needs of the financial markets and institutions for Afghanis and foreign currencies if required.
This assurance comes at a time when the Afghani has slightly decreased in value against the dollar since yesterday.
