The Afghan Embassy in Doha said that Afghanistan’s ambassador, Mohammad Suhail Shaheen, met with Rolf-Dieter Reinhardt, the chargé d’affaires of the German Embassy for Afghanistan, and discussed relations between the two countries, the needs of returning refugees, and Germany’s humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan.
According to the embassy, the meeting also addressed Afghanistan’s current political situation and the country’s strategic position as a regional hub connecting different parts of the region.
