According to the information received by the Hindu Kush Voice, a high-ranking ISI delegation will meet with former government officials and leaders of expatriate factions in Istanbul, Turkey, at the beginning of the new week. According to the information received by the Hindu Kush Voice, agreements on new deals will be made during this meeting with figures including Ahmad Massoud, Abdul Rashid Dostum, Salahuddin Rabbani, Abdul Rab Rasul Sayyaf, Karim Khalili, Mohammad Mohaqiq, and several others.

Three months ago, a similar meeting was held in Turkey. Additionally, some time ago, under the mediation of Tajikistan, the head of Pakistan’s military intelligence (ISI), Asim Malik, met with leaders of Afghanistan’s opposing groups and reached agreements on several issues.

Sources have told Hindukush Voice that in the recent meeting in Turkey between the high-ranking ISI delegation and the leaders of the caretaker government’s opposing factions, several agreements will be made and discussions will be held on various issues, including coordination between the opposing fronts and the ISIS Khorasan branch, attacks on Chinese nationals, opening political offices related to opposing factions in Pakistan, joint action against those groups allegedly based in Afghanistan but actually fighting in Pakistan, recognition of the Durand Line, and several other matters.

Must not be forgotten that Hindukush Voice had previously published information about the visit of the mentioned ISI delegation, which has recently been confirmed by some media outlets. Following the publication of this information, Pakistan has restricted access to some of Hindukush Voice’s social media addresses in that country, and these restrictions are still ongoing.
