    215 Al-Azam Corps Forces Rescue Citizens Trapped in Floodwaters

    Forces from the 2nd Battalion of the 2nd infantry Brigade of the 215 Al-Azam Corps have successfully rescued several citizens trapped by floodwaters in the Kajaki district of Helmand province.

    According to a statement from the 215 Al-Azam Corps’ press office, the forces also recovered a vehicle that had been trapped in the floodwaters caused by the heavy rains.

    It is worth noting that since last night, heavy rainfall has been reported in various provinces of the country, leading to floods in several regions.
