    Acting Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation Meets UAE Special Representative for Afghanistan

    Acting Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, Mullah Hamidullah Akhundzada, met with Saif Mohammed Al Ketbi, the United Arab Emirates’ Special Representative for Afghanistan.

    According to a statement from the Ministry, the meeting focused on encouraging private sector investment in Afghanistan’s transport and aviation sectors. Both parties engaged in detailed discussions on attracting investment and enhancing cooperation in these areas.

    Mr. Al Ketbi expressed the UAE’s commitment to comprehensive collaboration with Afghanistan in the transport and aviation sectors.

    Acting Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation emphasized the government’s support for expanding partnerships and highlighted that Afghanistan now offers a more favorable environment for investors than before.
