Recently, the Chief of the Pakistan Army, General Asim Munir, visited Washington. Following his visit, Islamabad will now host the conscious opponents of the Afghan government on August 25th and 26th. The Islamabad meeting indicates that these opponents were previously used by the United States against the Afghan nation but will now be used as a tool to protect the interests of the Pakistani army.

The opponents of the Afghan government, who consider themselves representatives of the nation, are now taking a stand against the Afghan nation and national interests in accordance with the joint agenda of Washington and Islamabad. They are extending a hand of assistance to the very Pakistan, the same Pakistan that has killed thousands of innocent Afghans in the past twenty years with the aim of fostering a fictitious enmity with Pakistan, bombed hundreds of villages, destroyed madrassas and schools, and carried out massacres in many provinces in this name.

If the opponents of the Afghan government had Afghan honor and a clear conscience, they would not have chosen Pakistan as a battleground to fight against their own nation today. This action indicates that their personal material gains and goals are more important to them. This group of opponents of the Afghan government will sell anything for material gain and are ready for any action, even if it means implementing anyone’s evil plans against the Afghan nation.

The opponents of the Afghan government do not have a suitable environment for their activities. In the European countries where they previously operated and held meetings, those countries are increasingly establishing relations with the Afghan government. These countries have diplomatic interactions with the Afghan government, and these interactions are developing day by day. As the opponents of Afghanistan lose their hideouts one after another, they are reaching out to every side, throwing themselves into the arms of anyone, becoming victims of the evil goals and plans of various factions, and being used against Afghans more than ever before.

The opposition should understand that Afghans are no longer deceived by empty slogans. The Afghan nation now understands well that these people were previously Washington’s employees, are now starting a mission for Pakistan, and are becoming victims of Islamabad’s goals.

If we deeply consider the personalities of the conscious opponents participating in the Islamabad meeting, they have a very bad background and history. Among them are individuals who sacrificed their honor and dignity to gain positions and seats during the republic. No Afghan supports such low-born, low-capacity, and despised individuals; in fact, they are still ashamed of their names. Today, these despised individuals are still presenting themselves as representatives of the honorable Afghan nation, but the Afghan nation has a very rich and dignified history and is completely free from such sold-out faces.
