The Ministry of Higher Education announced that a meeting was held at Kabul University to discuss the launch of new revenue-generating projects at public universities.

Officials said the projects will be awarded to professors; 20 percent of revenues will be retained by the universities, while 40 percent will be transferred to the emirate’s treasury.

Kabul University Chancellor Dr. Osama Aziz said the initiative would enable further laboratory upgrades and broaden students’ access to practical, hands-on training.
