Mullah Hamdullah Fetrat, Deputy Spokesperson of the Afghan government, announced that Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, will soon inaugurate nine major electricity projects in Herat.
Mr. Fetrat noted that the total investment for these projects is estimated at 3.98 billion afghanis.
