The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDFmilitia), led by Mazloum Abdi, announced in a statement that they have fully withdrawn from Aleppo city.
The statement reads: “We have no military presence in Aleppo city and officially declare that we have withdrawn from this city.”
The QSD forces also stated that they have handed over security affairs in the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh areas of Aleppo to the Syrian government forces.
The statement also rejected claims suggesting that the group still maintains a military presence in those areas.
