Reuters, citing a regional diplomat, reported that Iran has requested moving Friday’s talks with the United States from Türkiye to Oman.
The source said Tehran wants the discussions confined strictly to its nuclear program and does not want regional countries to take part directly.
The prospects for the talks have strengthened after the presidents of the United States and Iran signaled a more conciliatory approach toward each other.
