Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, met with the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, ahead of the second round of indirect negotiations with the United States.
Media reports state that the two sides discussed bilateral cooperation during the meeting.
Grossi wrote on his X page that he held talks with Araghchi on in-depth technical issues.
During his visit to Switzerland, Araghchi also met with his Omani counterpart, where they discussed Iran’s position and regional stability.
Indirect negotiations between Tehran and Washington regarding Iran’s nuclear program are scheduled to take place today (Tuesday) in the Geneva city of Switzerland, mediated by Oman.
