Local sources told Voice of Hindukush that Pakistani Taliban targeted a convoy of the Pakistani regime’s special forces near Tank Bazaar in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Tank district, in the Khas Tank area.

The sources further stated that 20 members of the special forces (SIF) were killed or wounded in the attack.

The Pakistani military authorities, which have recently faced intensified pressure from the Pakistani Taliban, have not yet issued any statement regarding the attack.

It is also worth noting that yesterday, the Pakistani Taliban carried out more than 20 separate attacks in which 16 personnel of Pakistani regime, including police officers militia members and intelligence operatives, were reportedly killed.
