SANA, Syria’s official news agency, reported that Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa will travel to Saudi Arabia today on an official visit.
This trip marks the beginning of a tour of Gulf countries and aims to discuss strengthening bilateral relations with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, as well as recent developments in the region.
Meanwhile, the European Union has also invited al-Sharaa to attend the European Council summit in Cyprus next week.
