    Russia’s Special Envoy for Afghanistan Arrives in Kabul on Official Visit

    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Russia’s Special Envoy for Afghanistan, Zamir Kabulov, has arrived in Kabul on an official visit.

    According to the ministry, during the visit he is scheduled to hold meetings with Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi as well as several other Afghan officials.

    The ministry noted that the discussions are expected to focus on bilateral relations and regional issues.
