    Proposal Approved for the Construction of a Commercial Market in Kabul’s First Security District

    The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs says that, during the latest meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee, a proposal submitted by the private sector to construct a commercial market in Kabul’s First Security District was approved.

    According to the information provided, the market will be built on land owned by the Ministry of Finance and will consist of six floors equipped with all the necessary facilities.

    The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs also stated that the meeting discussed proposals for the construction of commercial markets in Kabul’s Fifth Security District and in the city of Mazar-e-Sharif, the capital of Balkh Province.

    These proposals have been referred to the relevant ministries for further review and assessment, after which their findings will be submitted to the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee.
