The Minister of Water and Energy Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhundzada said during the inauguration ceremony for the construction of the second major cement production plant in Jabal al-Siraj that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is working through its various institutions to promote the country’s reconstruction, development, and self-reliance.
Akhundzada added that Afghanistan can achieve self-reliance only when development projects are fully implemented and the government, private sector, and the people work together in a coordinated and collective effort.
He emphasized the importance of joint efforts for the country’s development and economic growth, stating that the implementation of such projects plays a significant role in advancing Afghanistan’s progress and self-reliance.
