The Ministry of Interior says that the Interior Minister, Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, met with Ibrahim Kalin, the head of Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization, and his accompanying delegation.
Sources said that during the meeting, the two sides discussed the expansion of relations between Afghanistan and Turkey in various areas, particularly security, the fight against narcotics, coordination between the interior ministries of the two countries, and certain regional issues.
Information indicates that the Turkish intelligence chief will also meet with several other Afghan officials.
