The Economic Deputy Office of the Prime Minister said in a statement that Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar visited the “Mufid” company in Balkh province, which produces edible oils, animal feed, and poultry feed. The company has invested an investment of approximately $30 million.
The statement added that the company has the capacity to produce 600 tons of edible oils and 5,000 tons of animal feed and poultry feed per month.
Mullah Baradar praised the company’s products and advised its officials to pay full attention not only to production quantity but also to the quality and standards of its products. Company officials also assured him that they would maintain quality and comply with the required standards.
