The Afghan Ambassador to Iran has expressed his sympathy to an Afghan citizen who, despite having a valid visa and legal documents, was insulted and threatened by an Iranian citizen.

The ambassador showed his solidarity with the Afghan citizen and emphasized the Islamic Emirate’s commitment to defending the rights of its Afghan citizens abroad.

He promised to follow up on the matter with the official Iranian authorities and take necessary actions to prevent such incidents from happening again.

The ambassador also stressed the importance of mutual respect for the rights of immigrants.
