Throughout history, the Islamic Ummah has faced numerous events and challenges, from the occupation of Al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestinian lands by the Zionist regime to the horrific tragedies in countries like Syria, Yemen, Kashmir, and other parts of the Islamic world.
These bitter incidents have not only altered the destinies of the nations involved but have also profoundly affected all conscious and faithful Muslims globally.
As the Holy Quran commands and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught, the Islamic Ummah is a single body; the pain of one part affects the whole.
Looking at Palestine, we see that for nearly two years, the oppressed people of Gaza have been subjected to massacres by the Zionist regime, resulting in tens of thousands of martyrs and over a hundred thousand innocent wounded.
In Sudan, Muslims have long suffered from power struggles instigated by foreign forces, leading to bloodshed under the watch of those who claim to defend human rights.
The situation in other Islamic countries is similarly dire, with Muslims facing countless hardships and challenges.
Amidst this, Afghanistan, a nation that has endured occupation, oppression, and foreign conspiracies for years, has never been indifferent to the pains and wounds of the Islamic Ummah.
During the fallen republic, the then-government, due to its absolute dependence on the West, lacked the capacity to comment on the dire situations of Muslims in other countries. However, with the fall of the republic and the establishment of an independent government, the situation has changed.
Since the establishment of the caretaker government, Afghan officials have repeatedly expressed deep solidarity with the oppressed nations of Palestine, Syria, and other Islamic lands through speeches, statements, and official positions.
The caretaker government has consistently emphasized the unity of the Islamic Ummah and the necessity of defending the sanctities of Islam, clearly stating that the liberation of Al-Quds from occupation, the end of imposed wars in Islamic countries, and the removal of oppression from Muslims are shared aspirations of all Muslims, and Afghanistan considers itself a partner in this great goal.
Contrary to the propaganda of biased media, Afghanistan has neither been neutral nor insensitive to the issues of the Islamic Ummah; rather, within its available means, it has always stood responsibly alongside Muslim nations.
Even in international forums, Afghan representatives have defended the rights of oppressed nations, bringing the voice of justice-seeking Muslims to the world.
Undoubtedly, Afghanistan is an inseparable part of the great Islamic Ummah; a nation that has tasted the bitterness of occupation and conspiracy understands the pain of other Muslims and remains committed to its religious duties.
