Afghanistan’s Defense Minister, Mawlawi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, arrived in Qatar for an official visit, Afghan government spokesperson Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid confirmed on social media.
During the visit, Minister Yaqoob met with Qatar’s Foreign Minister, Dr. Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Khalifi, to discuss strengthening bilateral relations. He emphasized the Islamic Emirate’s solidarity with Qatar and its continued support.
The visit follows Doha’s recent hosting of Islamic leaders in response to the Zionist regime’s attack on Hamas’ office.
