Al‑Marsad Publication Agency, citing its sources, reports that security forces have dismantled an ISIS bomb‑manufacturing facility in the Qasaba area of Kabul’s 15th security district.

According to these sources, two ISIS members were killed during the operation. Authorities recovered weapons, a Toyota Corolla, explosive materials, suicide vests, grenades, remote‑detonation devices and other equipment from the facility.

The source explained: “ISIS members would transport the mines and vests manufactured at this facility to other locations, where they were used in destructive activities.”

It’s worth noting that, since the interim government resumed power, ISIS activities have been nearly eradicated due to continuous security operations. Many members of the group have been arrested or killed during confrontations.
