    Al-Qaeda Attack in Burkina Faso Claims Four Soldiers’ Lives

    Al-Qaeda’s military wing, Jama’at Nusrat al-Islam wal-Muslimin (JNIM), has claimed responsibility for an attack in Burkina Faso’s Dedougou province, resulting in the deaths of four soldiers.

    According to a statement released by the JNIM, their forces seized significant military equipment during the attack.

    The seized items reportedly include a mortar, two PK machine guns, three Kalashnikov rifles, 38 motorcycles, and various other military supplies.
