The Afghan government’s delivery of approximately 500 tons of humanitarian aid to Gaza has received many positive reactions internationally. Among these are notable comments from some Arab social media users, as follows:

A prominent Saudi scholar, Imad Al-Mubayyad, said: “May Allah bless the Afghan people for assisting the oppressed people of Gaza.”

He added: “I do not understand what is preventing other Islamic countries from carrying out such charitable actions.”

In addition, Egyptian journalist Salah Badawi said: “May Allah be pleased with the leaders of the ‘Islamic Emirate’ for not forgetting the oppressed people of Gaza and for helping them.”

According to Samir Al-Namri, a journalist from Al Jazeera’s Yemen branch, Afghanistan has provided extraordinary assistance to Gaza.

Likewise, BBC journalist Faed Abu Shamala in Gaza stated that Afghanistan has provided aid to Gaza; aid that has no objective other than seeking the pleasure of Allah, the Almighty.
