Local sources told Hindukush Voice that a rocket was fired last night by the Resistance Front near a high-tonnage weighing station belonging to the Ministry of Public Works in Jangal Bagh, the center of Parwan province.

Following the incident, security forces from the Parwan Police Command and the Intelligence Directorate responded immediately, leading to an armed clash. As a result, two Resistance Front members were killed—Lal Mohammad, known as Charkhi, son of Noor Mohammad, and Awazi, a local resident of Parwan, and three others were captured alive.

Security forces also seized a rocket with four rounds of ammunition and two Kalashnikov rifles during the operation.
